Printing and finishing techniques:

Pad Printing

Pad printing is the fastest and most accurate printing method for multicolored logos on almost any surface type. Print is applied to products made of plastic or other hard materials with a silicone pad to transfer the ink.

Screen Printing

Silkscreen printing uses a stencil technique where ink is forced through a mesh, this method used fine silk in the past, but now nylon is more widely used commercially. It’s an all-embracing process used on a range of materials.

Cylindrical Screen Printing

Cylindrical screen printing enables you to implement multicolor printing while using the maximum print area.

Dome Stickers

Doming is a printing technique in which a transparent coating is applied to different materials, usually stickers or labels. A resin coating (epoxy resin) creates a 3D lens effect and makes the color of the logo look deep and vibrant.

Laser Engraving

With laser engraving, text, logos or drawings are engraved on the surface of an object using a laser beam. In most cases, the engraving technique is applied to metal, but an excellent result can also be achieved with wood and plastic.

Diamond Engraving

Engraving has its origins in the jewelry industry. Here, with the help of a diamond, the logo or the lettering is scratched, especially in glass.

Hot Stamping

With the help of an embossing stamp, a thin plastic film is applied using pressure and heat. This gives the logo the color of the object.

Embroidery

With this method, a logo comes into its own in a particularly stylish way: The logo is embroidered into the product surface, the embroidery can be carried out on flat and smooth material but also on more complicated fabrics such as hats, rucksacks, bags, etc.

Digital Printing

This technology prints a digital image, such as a photo, directly onto an item. Perfect for short-term productions, personalization and samples, as digital printing does not require a long set-up and can therefore be applied quickly.

Transfer Printing

This is a digital print: With the help of transfer papers or foils, the print is applied to the object at a high temperature using a heat press.

Digital Transfer Printing

With this technique, the desired image is digitally printed onto a special film, this is then cut out and attached to the item using a hot press.

CO2 Engraving

With this technique, a laser beam is used to engrave the text, logo or design on the product surface. This technique is excellent for wood objects.
