Istac celebrates the successful implementation of the outsourcing project with 'Erste Bank and Sparkassen Österreich'

At the beginning of 2018, 'Erste Bank and Sparkassen Österreich' outsourced the complete management of the office supplies and promotional material warehousing to Istac Promotion. Since then, Istac has been responsible for all purchasing, web shop provision, order processing, logistics management and billing.

The opening took place during an official celebration on 16 April 2018. In addition to the Chief Executive from Erste Bank Österreich AG DI Stefan Dörfler and Project Manager DI Hanns-Georg Siebert, we also welcomed numerous employees from banking institutes as well as business partners and numerous representatives from local politics.

With Istac Service GmbH, a new institutional framework was likewise created for the Erste Bank project and four new employees were hired. Another five employees look after the more than 2000 pallet bays, and send approx. 5000 packages and 250 pallets per month via the logistics service provider 'Gebrüder Weiss' to customers in the banking institutes.

We are very pleased with the very successful implementation of this project and are confident that we can optimally support numerous customers in the field of promotional material logistics with this addition to our traditional business model.
